No longer requires Python DLLs

I would consider this a major update, as the screen recorder no longer depends on python DLLs, so the total size of the screen recorder has been reduced significantly and it should work across multiple systems.

It's still considered "experimental" in that I haven't had the opportunity to test it on various systems.
