Blahka Window Tweaker (always on top/transparency)

Blahka is a teensy-weensy little GUI app that lets you select a window from a dropdown menu, control it's transparency and it's "always on top" flag.  In total the entire application takes up 924kb.

The "always on top" flag's checkbox will reset to the unchecked state regardless of a selected window's "always on top" flag.  To make sure a window's "always on top" flag is disabled, select the window you'd like to disable the flag on in the window selection dropdown, then toggle the checkbox on and then off again.
